Group Bookings at Gunners’ Barracks
Looking to host your birthday celebration, baby shower, kitchen tea, milestone celebration or family gathering?
Gunners’ Barracks can accommodate group bookings of 10-20 guests in our restaurant.
Groups of 21-44 guests, can be accommodated within our private Drawing Room.
Savour freshly baked scones with cream & preserve followed by finely cut sandwiches, savoury pastries and delectable petit cakes all created daily by our highly skilled team of chefs.
To compliment is one of Asia’s largest selection of Ronnefeldt teas for you to select from.
Group Booking Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of $300 is required to secure your reservation.
Please note a $6 processing fee applies to group bookings. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. - Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Final payment will be required on the conclusion of your booking.
- One (1) bill will be presented to the table – we do not offer split bills or accept individual payments.
- Please note that the credit card you have provided, cannot be accessed by our team for security purposes, as such you will need to present this or another card or cash to finalise your bill.
- Final guest numbers will be required 5 days prior to your reservation. We are unable to offer a refund for any confirmed persons that do not attend on the day of your booking.
We will accommodate for, and you will be charged for the number of pre-confirmed guests. - As your booking will take place alongside other patrons, speeches, presentations, or games are not permitted. Professional photographers are also not permitted as part of your group booking.
- We do not permit any balloons or confetti in the venue – decorations such as a small centrepiece are happily permitted.
- External celebration cakes, pastries or other edible items or alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Reservations are available for a maximum duration of 2 hours from the reservation start time. Please note that your table will be available at your time of reservation and not prior. We are unable to accommodate early arrival for setups.
- One high tea must be ordered per guest (aged 5 and over).
- All allergies and dietary requirements are required 24 hours prior to the booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days’ notice – the $300 deposit is refundable (strictly via the same method it was paid).
- Less than 14 days’ notice the deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note a $6 processing fee applies to group bookings.
This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Group Seating Locations
Our Harbour Terrace is suitable for 12-16 guests. Seated over two tables. Please note we cannot accommodate groups over 16 guests the Terrace.
Our Main Dining Room is suitable for groups of 10-12 guests (seated on one round dining table) or 17-20 guests (seated over two round dining tables).
